Jane is the General Manager/Owner of Blue Ink Original and a resident of the Shenandoah Valley for more than 25 years. She co-founded a telecommunications business in Front Royal, and has worked or lived in Warren, Shenandoah, Page, Fredrick, Fauquier, and Loudoun Counties. Jane married Joe Silek in 1996, and following the birth of their son, Jane left the business world and stayed home with her boys.
Back in 1990, Joe Silek co-founded Professional Titles Incorporated (now Blue Ink Original). In 2011, Jane came on board as manager. Jane is now a licensed title insurance agent and settlement agent.
In addition to running Blue Ink, Jane is a volunteer puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind and has raised three dogs who are now working guide dogs. If you stop by the office, chances are you’ll be greeted by the current puppy in training.
Jennifer was born and raised in Warren County. She came to Professional Titles Incorporated (now Blue Ink Original) back in 2001 and began working as an Abstractor. Soon after, she became an Assistant Settlement Agent and eventually a Senior Settlement Agent. Jennifer pursued instruction to become an insurance underwriter and is now a licensed Title Insurance Agent, Settlement Agent, and Abstractor. Jennifer is an expert in her field and manages and trains new employees (and Jane).
Jennifer and her husband Gary enjoy spending family time with their combined four children. They also have a family business, 2 Rent 4 Fun, that provides inflatable bouncy houses, water slides, and other fun party supplies.

Born in Florida, Catherine spent most of her life so far here in the Shenandoah Valley. While attending Skyline High School, Catherine co-founded a now popular bakery which continues to be a success today.
Catherine graduated from Lord Fairfax Community College with an Associate of Arts and Sciences. Her focus of study was business and marketing. While attending college and co-running the bakery, Catherine also worked in the local Salvation Army Thrift Store where she honed her natural business talents and artistic skills.
Now working full-time here at Blue Ink, Catherine continues to run Sweet Escapes Home Bakery along with her family. In her rare free time, Catherine enjoys working on one of her various art projects and spending time with family as well as her furry friends.
