Blue Ink Original is a local settlement company located in a home. Yes, it’s converted into an office and no, we don’t live here (even though it often feels like we do). We’ve worked hard to maintain a home-like atmosphere and we welcome our clients as we would friends to our home. When you come to Blue Ink Original, you will probably park in our back parking lot and come in through the kitchen door – just as you would when visiting family or a close friend. We’ll offer you refreshments and a seat at our table. Welcome!
We will conduct your settlement at your pace, not ours. If you’ve done this many times before and are in a rush, that’s fine. We’ll go as quickly as you wish. If you’re nervous and have questions, we’ll take all the time you need to get through the paperwork and answer your questions. In the meantime, we’ll offer you refreshments. Let’s face it, the day you buy or sell your home is often chaotic and we’ve found that many of our clients haven’t had time to eat or even sit down that day. Come on in, sit down, relax, have a bite to eat and something cold to drink and we’ll go through the paperwork together.
